Ham Knife - Classica Collection

The blades are made of AISI 420 stainless steel, enriched with Molybdenum and Vanadium, hardened to 54-56 HRC to guarantee a very high resistance to corrosion and keep a sharp edge. Handle is available in POM (a polymer that ensures a high resistance to impact and fatigue) or in Dual Density (interior in Nylon 6, Megol-rubber plating for comfortable and safe handle). Dishwasher-safe and produced with best available materials in order to supply professional performances and a long-lasting duration.
